Rahuu's hand-knitted wool slippers are exactly that kind of gift. Not simply a thing, but a real and warm feeling. Sliding your feet into them brings back a pleasant evening: after a brisk walk through the pine forest you have come home into a warm and cosy room.
I knit and felt each pair here in Estonia, already thinking as I work of the woman whose toes these will eventually warm. In every stitch there is both the softness of natural wool and personal care.
When she opens her gift, her eye catches a small and carefully chosen decoration. It may be a gentle embroidery or some other detail with a character of its own.
Packaging that carries your care and warmth
Rahuu slippers fall asleep in soft tissue paper inside a beautiful box, quietly waiting for the moment they are opened. In that waiting there is something of a cold and windless morning at sea, when the mist slowly lifts and a new day is only waking. It is a beautiful, calm time, full of looking forward.
If you wish, I add a card to the box with your own warm words. Just write to me what you would like to pass on to the person you are giving to, and those words will go on the card. That way what reaches her is a whole that reflects real care.

I will do the rest.
I knit and felt the slippers with my own hands here in Estonia and send them to you so that the gift is ready to be handed over at once. The parcel is like a small boat made ready for a new adventure, waiting only to joyfully set off.

A personal pair of wool slippers from 39 €. Slippers with a reinforced sole and decoration from 65 €.
The price always includes a beautiful gift package and a handwritten card. If you have a particularly ambitious or time-consuming idea, we look at it together and I will tell you the exact price before I start the work.
